Accepting these terms

By using TGDirectory you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You must give a valid email address and verify it before you can submit a channel. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. Do not share your account with anyone else.

Submitting a channel

You may only submit a Telegram channel, group or bot that you own or are authorised to represent. Submissions are reviewed by a human before they appear publicly, and we may reject or remove any listing at our discretion — for example if it is misleading, duplicated, illegal, or breaches the rules below.

You must not submit or promote content that:

• is illegal, or facilitates illegal activity;
• is pornographic or sexually explicit;
• contains sexual content involving minors, or any non-consensual sexual content;
• harasses, threatens or incites violence against people or groups;
• distributes malware, phishing links, or attempts to defraud users;
• promotes financial scams, guaranteed-return schemes, or pump-and-dump groups;
• infringes someone else's intellectual property.

You keep ownership of what you submit, and you grant us permission to display it in the directory and in search results.

Featured placements

Featured placement is a paid promotional slot. It rotates between paying channels and we do not guarantee a specific position, a number of impressions, clicks, or any resulting growth. Payments are processed by Heleket in cryptocurrency.

A placement runs for the period you paid for, and the period starts when the channel is approved and the placement goes live — not when you pay. If the channel is still in review, none of the days you paid for are being spent.

If we do not feature a channel you have paid for, we refund you. That covers a channel we reject, one we remove before its period is up, and one we simply never publish. Crypto payments are not reversible, so a refund is sent back manually and is not instant; contact us with the order reference from your payment and we will arrange it.

What we do not promise

The directory is provided as-is. Listings describe third-party Telegram communities we do not run, control or endorse. We do not verify the claims those communities make, and we cannot guarantee that the information shown is accurate or current. See our disclaimer.

Review happens once, before a listing appears. Our team reads each submission and checks it against the rules above. We do not monitor what a channel posts afterwards, and a listing being here is not a statement about anything it publishes later. If a channel has changed, tell us and we will look again.

We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a third-party channel you found through the directory. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
