How are Telegram channels ranked?
Rankings are based on available directory data and the sorting you choose — member count, rating, or recently added. Every ranking page states what ordered it. Rankings may change as listings and their data are updated.
What does a verified listing mean?
A verified listing means the channel's owner proved they run it, or an admin confirmed it from evidence outside TGDirectory. Verification says nothing about a channel's content, quality or safety, and it is not an endorsement of the channel or its operators.
Can a channel have a high member count but a low rating?
Yes. Member count and rating measure different things. A large audience does not automatically mean a channel is highly rated or suitable for every user.
What does “Recently Added” mean?
Recently Added listings are Telegram channels, groups or other communities that have been added to TGDirectory recently.
Why can't I find a Telegram channel?
A channel may not be listed yet, may not match your search terms, or may have changed its username or availability. Try searching by the channel name, @username or relevant keywords. Channel owners can also submit eligible listings to TGDirectory.
